Description

I have the following items for sale. Some of the items have the original boxes as well & are all CLEAN. Most would pass as new with a wipe over (which I will do)

3 x JAG Safe Liner MK2 (Stainless) Indicators with Spare White Rubber Inserts (one set in indicators + spare set + original black ones), JAG Isotopes, both sets of drag weights (36g & 47g) + sections of chain removed to suit alarm height/usage + thin rubber O rings. NO HOCKEY STICKS (although will fit any female 2BA ones) (RRP £114+) - £80

Aqua DPM 5 Rod Holdall (RRP £139) - £90

Aqua Modular Cool Bag + Small Cool Bag + Medium/STD Cool Bag (RRP £101.97)- £75

Aqua 2 Rod (Roving) Buzzer Bar Pouch (RRP £19.99) -£10

Aqua PVA Pouch (RRP £26.99) - £15

Aqua Scales Pouch (RRP £16.99) - £10

Aqua Rig Pouch with pins (RRP £37.99)- £15

Aqua DPM Combi Mat inc DPM Stuff Sack & Aqua Black Label Combi Mat Carryall (RRP £140) - £90 for both

Thinking Anglers Camfleck Elasticated Tip Tops x 4 - £16

Thinking Anglers Camfleck Cool Bag - £20

Thinking Anglers Camfleck Baiting Pouch - £15

Thinking Anglers Green Unhooking Mat - £50

Thinking Anglers Camfleck Scales Pouch - £8

3 x 12ft 3.5lb Fox Horizon X full cork rods. Lovely rods for playing fish on & in top condition (including the corks!) - £300 for the 3

12ft Fox Horizon X4 Spod/Marker Rod. In immaculate condition & not been used extensively (mostly to cast a Deeper around with) - £80

2 x 10ft 3lb Fox Horizon X rods. These were originally abbreviated handles but I had a rod builder fit them with full Duplon handles leaving a small gap between the reel seat & the start of the Duplon so the blank sat on butt rests without being able to be pulled forward off them (similar to the top end Shimano rod handles). These rods are fantastic bits of kit & way too good to be just gathering dust due to the waters I fish now - £180 for the pair

ESP Paragon Plus 42” Landing net & handle. Good condition. Never seen a fish AFAIK - £50

Fox Horizon X4 12ft 2.25lb Barbel Multi Tip Rod. Supplied with standard top section as well as a separate tip section that takes changeable quiver tips (4oz & 6oz supplied). Unused & literally brand new (RRP £159.99) - £100

2 x Daiwa SS2600 reels with QD converted drag knobs & ICE washers fitted to the spools along with line safe round line clips. Boxed in very good condition - £160 the pair

FishSpy Marker Float - Boxed with charging cable, marker lead stem & foam collar - £40

Nash Titan (2013 model) 1 man Bushwrap (pigeon hide type camo wrap) - £75

Tempest Brolly V2 with storm poles, heavy duty groundsheet, infill panel, mosquito mesh infill, V2 Brolly Skull Cap, V1 Overwrap, V1 Utility Front & groundsheet. Supplied with a Tempest Air NXG carry bag (much easier to pack away into than the nylon sleeve supplied from new). Also has the Tempest Multi Rod Strap that fits between two of the legs to hold more rods when not in use. In very good condition. Make me a SENSIBLE offer for the Bivvy & all accessories (will not split) or will swap Bivvy & bits for a Tempest 200 (2 man version of the Brolly V2) preferably with the inner capsule & skull cap.

There is also a load of pike/predator tackle in another listing in the "Coarse" section if anybody is looking for a top quality predator setup

Also have a Dynamix Multi Gym which has a 110KG weight stack (from memory) & all the available bars, preacher curl board & also a sit up/crunch bench which bolts to the main upright (not in the picture as didn’t use it). Has had very little use in the 5 years I have had it from new. Also have a Dynamix electric motorised treadmill which again has had very little use & it also folds up for storage when not in use, and also a Dynamix spin cycle in excellent condition. I am looking at £200 for all the gym equipment (this will be collection only from my house as will require disassembly although I do have the original instruction sheet for the multi gym so reassembly should be easy enough when followed). I will consider swaps for carp tackle but I am very picky to what I require but open to sensible offers (I can only say no at worse).

I also have a large punchbag & wall mounting bracket which I will let go for £50 for the complete setup there (again open to carp tackle swaps on it)

I need this to go ASAP as moving house imminently & the less I have to take with me, the less I have to worry about storing it all!!!

More items (& pictures) to be added as I come across them

Everything is COLLECTION from North East Leicester or meet at mutually agreed place within a reasonable distance (please don't expect me to drive 10 miles or more for a £10 item as would cost me more in fuel!). I will not post at present whilst the t&c’s for no contact delivery are still in action with Royal Mail or the couriers as if anything does missing, they are not accepting claims for compensation.

PAYING VIA PAYPAL GIFT....

Most of you know this but for those who are unsure...

If you pay by gift and there is a problem with the sale you will stuggle to get your money back.

If you do decide to gift money at the very least speak to the seller and obtain as many details as you can. If you haven't dealt with that person before I would still recommend that you don’t gift but pay as goods. The commission is 4%, at least you have piece of mind.

If the sellers telephone number is unobtainable or the person who picks the phone up doesn’t know what your talking about then you must start thinking the deal maybe dodgy.

If your still not sure about the user message or ring me ..... Alan ... on 07961 575 927.

Be Careful

Tackle-Trader is like any other classified/auction type platform whether its Loot, Adtrader, a fishing forum or even Ebay there are people out there looking to fleece you. You don't need me to tell you that.

If an item seems cheap, at the very least and before you commit to sending money you must ideally talk to the seller first to establish who they are and where they live.

We all love a bargain and there are genuine bargains to be had, just be careful. I have said before and we all know.... " If it seems to good to be true it probably is" so at the very least contact the seller in person and don't just rely on messages via the site.

I'm not against gift payments through paypal as I prefer it myself, however, if you are going to gift money only do it if you know the person and again at the very least have all there details, full name address home telephone number. If there is a problem its unlikely that you will get your money back without having to get the police involved or taking a civil action against the other party. The same applies to a bank transfer, you need all the persons details you can get. I CAN'T give out details unless its for the police because of the data protection act, so you need to obtain all the relevent information.

PLEASE....

If any of you see any ad on here or receive any message that you think maybe a bit dodgey contact me. I will have a look at the user and check his details. I'm also willing to tell anybody the history of any user. The site is setup now so you can see how long a user has been a member and how many posts he has made. You can also view all his older posts regardless of thier status, ie sold, closed etc. Just click on there username to view these details.

If your'e still not sure about someone just contact me and I'll tell you thier history..

I will not give out any personal details (Data protection act) so please do not ask me.

IF YOU SEE ANYTHING ON HERE THAT YOU THINK IS NOT RIGHT THEN PLEASE RING ME AND I'LL HAVE A LOOK AT IT.... ALAN.....07961 575 927

Answering messages

Had a few members mention to me about users sending messages and not getting ant response from the recipient. I appreciate that sometimes some of us are very busy people. There is no rule that you have to respond to messages but please just bear in mind that someone has taken the trouble to message you so a response would be nice even if its a very short response like "No thanks" or "Not interested".

Sold Items

When items are sold can users either put sold on the ad or close the ad save people trying to buy something that's already gone. Thanks.

Hopefully the site will continue to grow as it has done for the last 20+ years. I have always considered that the Tackle-Trader community is very tight, long may that continue.

As always thanks for your support.
